Easykey offers a product called Mail Protect that safely removes:

• Unsolicited emails (SPAM)
• Spoof emails trying to get you to login to your Bank (phishing)
• Emails with known viruses

        ...before it even gets to the recipient. 

Emails that Mail Protect is not sure about will still be recieved but the subject will be pre-pended with the phrase "Possible Junk?" to make it easier to detect.  Once activated users will notice a marked lack of annoying emails about Shares, Bank logins, Viagra, Cialis, Drugs, Investments in Nigeria etc...
