What are RSS Newsfeeds? RSS ('Really Simple Syndication') is a method that websites can offer to provide you a live up-to-date feed of articles like news or weather. Look out on websites for a little symbol that might look something like this The idea is you can have one place where you can organise and gather your own collection of newsfeeds. You could think of it being like your own customised changing daily newspaper that displays you headings and an introductory few words. So where can I place the Newsfeeds on my computer? There are many methods of reading news feeds on your computer and to a certain extent it will depend on what versions of programmes you have. Here is just one method using Internet Explorer 7 Internet Explorer 7 Newsfeeds To use this method you will need Microsoft's latest Internet explorer (The 'blue e with the golden halo) 1.
