It is important that you do not publish your email address on your website as this will be harvested by SPAMbots and you will invite lots of SPAM to your email account.

The Contacts Component in Joomla hides your email address from SPAMbots and is the recommended way to manage contacts on your website.

Here is how to manage your contacts

1. Login to administrator of your website

2. In the toolbar along the top navigate to Components / Contacts / Manage Contacts

3. To edit an existing contact click on the name, edit the details and then click the Save  button (top right)

4. To remove a contact - tick the contact and then click the Delete button (top right) agreeing to delete

5. To add a contact click the New button and add details and Save
