All you need to do is make sure that when you are exploring your files in a folder to go to details view. Click on View on your toolbar at the top and select Details. This will display all your files and folders in a vertical list with grey headings at the top. To sort them into alphabetical order of file name click once on the grey header labelled Name. (Click on Name again and it reverses the order) If you want to see them in order of when you last modified the file - click on the grey header labelled Date Modified. Click on Date Modified again and you will get them in descending chronalogical order (in other words you can see the most recent file you changed at the top of the list) Did you know you can do all this with your emails? - very handy. If you sort them by From You will see all those emails grouped together. Or click on Received to sort by date received.
