What does To: Cc: and Bcc mean? Print E-mail
You can send an email to contacts in your address book using the following method:
1. Click on Create Message button (to create a new blank message)
2. Click on the To button (immediately left of where you can manually type the email address)
3. Scroll down the list and select the contact you wish to send to and click the To button in the middle
4. Click OK and finish the email which a Subject, Message and clicking the Send button
Tip: You can select more than one contact using this method clicking...
  • To: - if it's for their attention and action
  • Cc: (Carbon Copy) -if you are sending them a copy for their information
  • Bcc: (Blind Carbon Copy) -if you are sending them a Copy and you don't wish the other recipients to see that you sent it to this contact
