How to import mail messages from Windows Mail to Outlook
Instructions on how to import your Outlook Express/Windows Mail messages to Outlook 2007
Open Outlook 2007
Select File then Import and Export from the Menu along the top
Select Import Internet Mail and Addresses
then select Outlook Express or Windows Mail
then select how you would prefer duplicates to be handled
Click Finish and then wait until it has completed
